US’ KBR & ISU advance lithium sulfide tech to commercial scale
KBR and ISU Specialty Chemical have scaled their PureLi2S lithium sulfide technology to commercial level after the successful Onsan pilot plant in Korea. The technology enables high-purity lithium sulfide production for All-Solid-State Batteries, enhancing EV performance. The commercial facility design will leverage insights from the pilot phase to improve cost-efficiency and scalability.
