US, Indonesia agree to 60-day deadline for concluding talks on tariffs
The US and Indonesia have agreed to a 60-day deadline for concluding talks on the 32-per cent US tariff imposed on Indonesian products. Many key points, including partnerships in investment and trade, critical minerals, reliability, and supply chain resilience, have also been agreed upon. Washington has also been briefed on Jakarta’s initiatives aimed at facilitating greater US investment.
