Holding an Executive MBA from HEC, Laëtitia Henry is the new Managing Director of Printemps Haussmann. She began her career at Reebok in 2002, serving as HR Director for France until 2010. She continued her career in human resources at Cartier, holding the positions of HR Director and then International Talent Development Manager in 2013, before transitioning to commercial roles in 2017. As Deputy Store Director, she progressed in 2018 to Regional Retail Director in the United States and was appointed Commercial Director in 2019. In 2021, upon returning to France, Ms. Henry joined Chloé as Retail Director for Europe before being promoted to Managing Director for Europe in 2023. With a Master's degree in Commerce and Communication from Eklore-ed School of Management (ESC Pau), Mélanie Turpin, the new Managing Director of Human Resources, began her career at Auchan in 2005 as a Department Manager. She continued with the retailer for 20 years, successively holding the positions of Textile Sector Manager in 2008, Head Cashier in 2010, Human Resources Manager in 2014, Deputy Hypermarket Director in 2016, and Hypermarket Director in 2018. Since 2021, Ms. Turpin has been the Human Resources Director in charge of the retailer's transformation.
