THE WHAT? Unilever has appointed Zoe Yujnovich as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective March 1, 2025. Yujnovich, currently Shell’s Integrated Gas and Upstream Director, will also serve on Unilever’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
THE DETAILS With over two decades of leadership experience, Yujnovich has held senior positions at Shell since 2014 and previously worked at Rio Tinto, where she served as President and CEO of the Iron Ore Company of Canada.
THE WHY? Yujnovich brings expertise in global business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory affairs to the boardroom.
