Stronger dollar pressures ICE cotton prices; oil gains cushion fall

ICE cotton futures remained bearish for the third consecutive day as a stronger US dollar made cotton purchases costlier for overseas buyers. However, gains in crude oil prices provided some support. May 2025 contract settled at 66.35 cents per pound, down 0.12 cent. Despite recent losses, analysts believe a potential rally is still possible.
