An awe-inspiring Beverly Hills residence that was once home to Mark Wahlberg has made quite the impressive return to the market—listing for $68 million, just two years after the actor sold it for $55 million.
Remarkably, however, even that staggering price tag wasn’t enough to earn the property the title of most expensive home listing of the week—an honor that was snagged by an enormous Bal Harbour trophy estate that is back on the market for a second time with an ask of $78 million.
That enormous waterfront estate overlooking Biscayne Bay is said to be owned by oil trader Mark Fisher and his wife, Eloah Fisher, who originally purchased the property in 2013 for $9 million, four years before building the ornate 21,927-square-foot luxury residence.
Jaw-dropping highlights include a rooftop putting green and shuffleboard deck, two saltwater pools, including one the terrace of the primary suite, and a cinema-inspired home theater.
Other eye-popping abodes this week include singer Billy Joel‘s 20-acre New York compound and a 46.96-acre equestrian club in Florida.
