Wine distributor Bibendum, part of the C&C Group, is set to enter a new phase of growth with a series of high-profile appointments across its teams. The changes come at a time when the company is doubling down on its premium wine strategy and expanding its market reach, particularly in London and the South East.

Andrew Ingham (pictured) has been named sales director at
Bibendum. Known for his extensive multi-channel experience — from senior roles at Greene King and Morrisons to managing retailer drinks buying teams in
Australia and China — Ingham is expected to steer the London and South East on-trade sales team. His remit also includes driving growth across the premium wine portfolio and shaping the fine wine and prestige segments.
Rob Sandall, on trade sales director at C&C Group, said Kingham’s appointment marks a significant milestone: "Andrew's passion for wine, alongside excellent experience in a variety of different senior roles, makes him a terrific asset to our team and signifies our investment in Bibendum, our premium wine strategy and our focus on London."
Wholesale changes
Also in London, the role of Prestige account manager has been filled by Dominic Hall. With hands-on experience from working in a winery and a solid academic background in viticulture & oenology, Hall brings considerable expertise. His career has seen him serve as on trade account manager at Boutinot and most recently as operations director at Wee Vinoteca.
Meanwhile, Ntola Obazee joins as e-commerce director, bringing a wealth of experience from various industries, most notably her recent tenure as commercial director at Emma Bridgewater. Tasked with advancing the e-commerce agenda, Obazee will help drive the digital-first strategy across the broader C&C Group’s route to market businesses.
