Bangladesh’s BEZA plans to construct 20 SEZs in 20 years
The Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority is planning to build 20 SEZs in 20 years in three phases, a Bangladesh Investment Development Authority workshop was told. The project will be implemented in three phases: short (0-5 years), medium (5-10 years) and long-term (10-20 years). The phases are likely to be segregated into phase 1 (FY25 to FY30), phase 2 (FY31 to FY35) and phase 3 (FY36 to FY46).
