Tala appoints Rapha exec as commercial director
Activewear brand Tala has appointed Darren Read as commercial director
The appointment follows a series of commercial moves for the activewear brand, including the upcoming opening of its first physical store on Carnaby Street and its £5m investment round led by Pembroke VCT last year.
With over 15 years of experience in expanding brands into market leaders, Read previously worked with Rapha, most recently as regional manager for the UK, Europe, APAC and North America.
Earlier in his career, he worked with House of Fraser and Apple. In his new position, he will report to the activewear brand’s CEO Morgan Fowles.
