Revlon Names Dana Medema President of North America

THE WHAT? Revlon has appointed Dana Medema as President, North America, effective 5 May 2025. She will report to CEO Michelle Peluso.

THE DETAILS Medema joins Revlon from Philips, where she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health for North America. At Philips, she led commercial and strategic efforts across its personal care portfolio, overseeing revenue and margin growth. She replaces Geralyn Breig, who was brought in during Revlon’s post-bankruptcy restructuring in 2023. Breig will support Medema’s transition through the end of May before returning to board work.

THE WHY? Medema’s appointment signals Revlon’s continued focus on strengthening its core beauty and personal care business in the North American market. Her experience in personal health and consumer-led innovation aligns with the company’s strategy to revitalise its portfolio and accelerate growth following a period of financial recovery.
