THE WHAT? Briogeo has announced that Nancy Twine is stepping down from her day-to-day role as CEO of the clean hair label but will continue to be ‘engaged and active’ in the business as Founder.
THE DETAILS Presdient Kristen Blandon, who joined the Wella-owned brand in April last year will now take the helm, according to a report published by WWD, quoting a spokesperson for Briogeo.
THE WHY? No reason was given for the personnel change but WWD notes that it follows the departure of Wella CEO Annie Young-Scrivener in January as well as a host of leadership reshuffles at rival beauty firms.
