THE DETAILS The center includes a 26,000-square-foot modular laboratory, a consumer testing facility with a capacity for 400 daily participants, and an on-site mini factory for scaling final formulations before full-scale production. It employs over 600 scientists, engineers, and researchers, and is designed to work in collaboration with local academic institutions, biotech companies, and startups. Sustainable features include 10,000 solar panels covering 70% of the center’s energy needs and an eco-retention pond for stormwater management.
