In article number 2500899, Shi-Joon Sung, Dae-Hwan Kim, and co-workers improved front and rear illumination efficiency by implementing Ga grading near the back contact, which led to gallium oxide formation. This was mitigated using low deposition temperatures, and Ag addition enhanced crystallinity. The resulting Ag-doped CuInSe2 device also features a bifacial design, significantly boosting its overall performance and efficiency.
