Lithium–Sulfur Batteries
In article number 2500802, Mingsen Zheng, Quanfeng Dong, and co-workers developed a novel clustered polysulfides as reactant species during sulfur conversions rather than the traditional dissolved state. The discrete free polysulfides were aggregated to form clustered polysulfides by the incoordination solvent's encapsulation effect and anions' mediation effect, fundamentally altering the reaction pathway. This breakthrough provides new mechanistic insights into complex sulfur conversion.
