THE WHAT? The Estée Lauder Companies has named Sara Staniford as Vice President and General Manager for MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, and Too Faced in the UK and Ireland.
THE DETAILS Staniford joins from Huda Beauty, where she served as General Manager for Europe. She previously held executive roles at Revolution Beauty, Nails.INC, and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Her appointment follows over two decades in the industry, beginning her career on a Bobbi Brown makeup counter. She now returns to the brand portfolio in a leadership capacity overseeing three of Estée Lauder’s core makeup labels in the region. The move comes shortly after Lisa Sequino was named President of Estée Lauder’s global makeup brand cluster.
THE WHY? The appointments come as Estée Lauder looks to stabilise and grow its makeup business, which saw a 7% year-on-year decline in the third quarter of FY25. Strengthening regional leadership is part of the company’s strategy to rebuild momentum across colour cosmetics, particularly in key markets like the UK and Ireland.
