Guy & O'Neill to shut down, lay off 300 after failing to find buyer
Guy & O'Neill, which had been a portfolio company of Centre Partners since 2018, expanded after demand grew quickly at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020. It tried to find a new owner but is now shutting down for good.
