TRAPO: Your Partner for Customized Automation in Intralogistics

Traditionally, TRAPO is recommended for compact automation solutions from a single source. At LogiMAT Stuttgart 2025, from March 11 to 13, the company from Gescher-Hochmoor, North Rhine-Westphalia, will showcase its strengths as a system integrator with a comprehensive in-house product portfolio in Hall 5, Booth D53. TRAPO offers tailored automation solutions and specializes in implementation within limited space.

With a broad expertise in conveyor technology, TRAPO has grown significantly, providing solutions that optimize material flow in production and warehousing. The added value: customers can meet their total hardware and software needs through a single partner, incorporating existing systems and third-party machines into the concept.

In addition to fixed conveyor technology, the sales team now also presents mobile alternatives, allowing space – especially in constrained environments – to be used flexibly. This also ensures simple and safe solutions to address changing requirements.

At LogiMAT, TRAPO will present an AMR with an innovative upper module and docking stations from MOVELI, along with specially designed transfer conveyors that ensure safe handover of pallets to existing conveyor systems. This is a patented innovation from the Swiss Moovimenta Group, which TRAPO has been part of since 2019, setting new standards in intralogistics for boxes and pallets. Additionally, the attachments are compatible with most major AMR OEMs.

Live at LogiMAT, an AMR fitted with a MOVELI upper module will handle a pallet of boxes and deliver it to a TRAPO Cobot Palletizer (TCP Series), which can palletize and depalletize as a “colleague” without the need for safety barriers.

Small robots for significant relief: The TCP fits through any door, making it a recommended performance model for easy entry into automated palletizing. Delivered on just two pallets, the mobile robot can operate anywhere its palletizing capabilities are required. Thus, it becomes a reliable partner for employees, especially in times of skilled labor shortages. Retrofitting is also possible
