Strategic Organizational Updates to Drive Growth and Strengthen Leadership at Trilogy Machinery

Trilogy Machinery, the leading distributor of metal fabricating machinery, is pleased to announce several strategic updates to its organizational structure. These changes are designed to support our team, enhance customer service, and ensure the seamless transfer of management responsibilities as we prepare for the future.

Most recently, Trilogy welcomed two key leaders to the team who have made a significant impact. In 2023, Russell Steele joined as Director of Operations, overseeing improvements in Service, Sales Administration, and Warehouse/Logistics. Russ has been instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, Jennifer Vogelman came on board late last year as Executive Assistant to Vice-President Ben Flamholz, providing critical organizational support and ensuring efficiency across key initiatives. To further position the company for continued growth, Trilogy Machinery is proud to announce the promotion of Matt Weeks to Director of Sales. Matt joined Trilogy in 2013 and has since developed an extensive knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and markets. His strong relationships with customers and dealers, coupled with his deep understanding of the industry, make him uniquely qualified to lead the sales team toward ambitious new goals. As Director of Sales, Matt will focus on:

  • Increasing awareness and growth for all Trilogy brands through innovative strategies and

market insights.

  • Enhancing team productivity with updated processes and techniques.
  • Supporting new marketing initiatives, including expanded trade show participation and team

development.

  • Expanding the dealer network with strengthened partnerships and stocking dealer programs.
  • Building expertise and redundancy for SweBend, working closely on installations and factory

relationships.

“Trilogy Machinery is laying the foundation for continued success and innovation,” said Ben Flamholz, Vice-President of Trilogy Machinery. “With the addition of Russ and Jennifer, and now Matt stepping into this critical leadership role, we’re poised to grow our brand, strengthen relationships with our partners, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.” These leadership changes reflect Trilogy Machinery’s commitment to its mission of delivering high-quality machinery, superior service, and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
