Space NK boosts UK footprint with three new store openings in 2025
Space NK is set to open three new stores and expand an existing location as the beauty retailer continues to grow its portfolio.

Space NK is set to open three new stores and expand an existing location this year as the beauty retailer continues to grow its portfolio.
The new stores will open in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Chelmsford, and Leicester, with the first to open in April 2025.
The 2,760sq ft Bluewater store will be located in Unit 132, Lower Guildhall. Chelmsford’s new store, opening in June 2025, will cover 1,824sq ft at 64 Bond Street. While the Leicester High Cross store will also open in June 2025 with a 2,300sq ft space at 5 Shires Lane.
In addition to the new openings, the premium beauty retailer will expand its existing Glasgow store at the end of March.
The current 1,400sq ft store will increase to 2,125s ft, allowing the store to accommodate more brands and meet the growing demand from customers.
Space NK head of retail Charlie Evans said: “Glasgow is one of our longest-standing stores, and we’re thrilled to be expanding. This will allow us to showcase more brands and better serve the growing demand we’ve seen in this location.”
Each of the new locations will feature over 100 of the world’s most coveted beauty brands. The store designs prioritise customer experience, with attention to textures, tones, and lighting, creating spaces that invite customers to linger and explore.
Evans added: “We have an ambitious year planned for our store openings – with exciting plans to follow for the second half of 2025. This is just the start of bringing Space NK to more customers, making it easier for them to shop the best in beauty.”
Earlier this month, fellow beauty giant Sephora revealed it would be expanding its presence in the north of England with a new store at Manchester Arndale, set to open this summer.
It follows the success of the French beauty giant’s Northern debut at the Trafford Centre last year, where over 2,000 shoppers queued up on opening day.
