Resolutions of 81st Annual General Meeting of Lenzing AG

At its 81st Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025, Lenzing AG approved discharges, 2025 Supervisory Board pay, and a revised remuneration policy linking executive pay more closely to share price and ESG goals. KPMG was appointed auditor. Patrick Lackenbucher and Leonardo Grimaldi joined the Supervisory Board and Lackenbucher was elected Chairman.
