Primark’s click and collect hits 158 stores with full UK rollout on track for summer

Primark has confirmed that its click and collect service is now live in 158 stores across the UK, as it edges closer to completing its nationwide rollout by summer.

The expansion sees an additional 24 stores join the scheme today (16 April), up from 131 in February, as part of the retailer’s plans to roll out the offering across all 186 stores in England, Scotland and Wales.

Primark’s click and collect service allows customers to browse and order items online before picking them up in store two days later at a time that suits them.

The retailer said that the service also extends access to a wider product range — including its 40-piece adaptive clothing collection, designed in collaboration with adaptive designer and disability campaigner Victoria Jenkins.

Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers said “We’ve officially launched click and collect in 158 stores across Great Britain, with 24 additional stores joining our popular service from today.

“I love that with every new store that joins the service, we extend access to thousands more products for our shoppers to enjoy at their local Primark store.

“We know there are more stores eagerly waiting for click and collect’s arrival, including our Scottish stores, so thank you for your patience.

“Stay tuned for more news to follow soon as we’re on track to complete our nationwide service rollout to all our stores across England, Scotland and Wales by the summer.”

Back in February, Primark confirmed it would complete the rollout of click and collect across its UK estate “in time for summer” — a significant acceleration from its original target of the end of 2025.

The rollout is part of a wider investment in convenience and choice as Primark seeks to drive more footfall into stores and enhance its multichannel offer, while continuing to back the high street.
