Premier Inn Middle East has released its latest sleep survey – a localised report that the brand produces each year – and through it, has revealed a series of insights that can help their guests enjoy better shut-eye. The results – which studied 950+ people across the GCC, with a division of 66 male respondents and 34 female respondents – found that almost 80 per cent of those surveyed sleeping on their side, with 50 per cent opting to sleep alone.
