Phosa to succeed Oliveira as Jubilee chairperson
Aim-listed Jubilee Metals’s chairperson Ollie Oliveira will retire with effect from April 30, and will be succeeded by current vice-chairperson Dr Mathews Phosa. Phosa will also assume Oliveira’s roles as a member of the audit and risk committee, as well as of the remuneration committee, with immediate effect.
