Mosca and Reisopack strengthen position

With a strategic merger, Mosca and Reisopack have strengthened their position in the Spanish market. On January 30, 2025, the two companies began their collaboration in the newly founded MoRe Packaging Group S.L. in Barcelona. The MoRe Packaging Group S.L. functions as a holding company for the legally independent units Reisopack S.L. and the Spanish division Mosca Direct S.L. Both companies will continue to work with their respective product ranges in their traditional market segments. Mosca offers a broad portfolio of end-of-line solutions for industrial applications while Reisopack specialises in applications for agricultural products.

Oscar Saldaña (CEO at Reisopack), Christian Wiethuechter (President and CEO at EAM-Mosca Corporation), Alfred Kugler (CEO at Mosca Group), Timo Mosca (CEO at Mosca Group), Xavier Fernández (Export Director at Reisopack), Damián Azorín (After Sales Director at Reisopack), and Jordi Fernández (Technical Director at Reisopack) were present at the signing of the contract to form the MoRe Packaging Group S.L. on 30 January 2025.

Timo Mosca, shareholder of the Mosca Group, and Oscar Saldaña, Managing Director at Reisopack, expressed their enthusiasm at the signing of the contract. “We are combining our strengths to offer our customers even better solutions and services for their applications,” said Timo Mosca. “With this holding structure, Reisopack will formally become part of the Mosca Group, further strengthening our market position and enhancing our ability to deliver innovative packaging solutions to specific market segments.” Oscar Saldaña adds: “The merger will enable both companies to leverage synergies in the future, thereby offering customers in their respective market segments added value.”The post Mosca and Reisopack strengthen position first appeared on Warehouse & Logistics News.
