Monsoon to debut new travel boutiques at Gatwick Airport
Monsoon is set to open two new travel boutiques at London Gatwick’s North and South Terminals on 14 February.

Monsoon is set to open two new travel boutiques at London Gatwick’s North and South Terminals tomorrow (14 February).
The new travel concept represents an evolution of the fashion retailer‘s small boutique format, which has already been rolled out in UK high street locations, including George Street in Edinburgh and Upper Street in Islington over the past two years.
The Gatwick boutiques will feature an expanded selection of ladies beachwear, resortwear collections, accessories, and a curated edit of casualwear and kidswear, with some Gatwick-exclusive lines, Drapers reported.
Monsoon CEO Nick Stowe told the title said: “We’ve learnt so much from our Accessorize stores in London Gatwick and the other airports around the UK, that opening a new Monsoon airport format was a natural step and a celebration of our travel roots as the original boho brand.”
The range of beach and resort wear was on offer “at the right place and right time as customers fly off to the sunshine and their holiday destinations,” he said.
These openings bring Monsoon’s UK and Republic of Ireland store count to 25, including 10 boutiques and three travel stores.
To mark their Valentine’s Day launch, the boutiques will offer themed goodie bags for purchases over £30, and a “golden ticket” giveaway, where shoppers can find hidden tickets to win £20 to spend in store.
