In collaboration with Mullen Real Estate Capital, Marriott is set to enhance its portfolio in the region, aiming to attract affluent travellers to Costa Rica, known for its stunning landscapes and booming tourism industry. The resort, located 49 miles from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, will feature 415 rooms, 11 dining outlets, 17 pools, a 1486 sqm spa, and over 10,000 square feet of event space.
