Jigsaw CEO Hash Ladha has resigned from the fashion retailer after just 15 months in the position.
Ladha joined the brand back in November 2023, taking over from Beth Butterwick, who served as CEO from May 2021.
He will remain with the company until the end of July 2025, working alongside the board to ensure a smooth transition, Drapers reported.
Before his tenure at Jigsaw, Ladha was the CEO of the Oasis and Warehouse Group from 2018 to 2020, having originally joined the group in 2010 as multichannel director for Oasis, Warehouse, Coast, and Karen Millen.
Ladha said: “It has been a privilege to lead this amazing brand, and I am proud of all that we have achieved”.
“My thanks go to the leadership team, all of my colleagues at our Richmond office, our store teams, and our distribution team. I will cherish my time here and working with such talented people.”
Jigsaw swung into loss in its last financial year, as it was impacted by investments in brand marketing and people that failed to pay off.
Back in October, the fashion retailer said it made a pre-tax loss of £3.6m from a profit of £816,000 the year before. However, sales nudged up from just over £56m to £57m over the 12 months to the end of January.
