Japan’s ENEOS & Maersk back C2X with $100 mn for green methanol push
C2X and ENEOS announced a $100 million investment from ENEOS, Maersk, and AP Møller Holding to support the BLRE green methanol project in Louisiana and other global initiatives. The BLRE plant will use SunGas technology to produce 500,000+ tonnes/year of green methanol and capture 1 million tonnes of CO₂ annually, supporting local jobs and forestry.
