Zinc-free, non-toxic formulations are highly resistant to moisture and rust in both fresh and sea water, passing both A and B Sequences of the ASTM D-665 Turbine Oil Rust Test. Their enhanced seal conditioning properties reduce oil leakage and extend seal life, while advanced oxidation resistance ensures longer fluid effectiveness and reduced maintenance. Bio-Ultimax 1200LT hydraulic fluids ISO grades 15 and 22 meet or exceed SAE 0W specifications and function dependably in extreme low-temperature conditions.

In addition, the extremely low volatility increases the flash and fire safety features in the formula compared to petroleum formulations with the same viscosity ranges.
