In article number 2405502, Cheng-Liang Liu and co-workers present an effective strategy using α-cyclodextrin/triiodide host-guest complexation for hydrogel-based ionic thermoelectric capacitors. With α-cyclodextrin side chains decorating the polyvinyl alcohol-based hydrogel, triiodide diffusion is restricted, enhancing its thermopower.
