European firm dsm-firmenich raises Andre Pectin stake to 90.5%
European company dsm-firmenich increased its shareholding in Yantai DSM Andre Pectin Company Limited (‘Andre Pectin’) to 90.5 per cent by acquiring an additional 15.5 per cent share, up from its previous 75 per cent holding. Andre Pectin, a leading specialty food ingredient producer, now has 9.5 per cent of its shares retained by Rich Spring Holdings Limited.
