China to impose 34% retaliatory tariff on all US imports from Apr 10
China will impose additional tariffs of 34 per cent on all US imports from April 10 as a countermeasure to imposition of 34-per cent additional reciprocal levies on the former by the US President, it announced today. As part of the retaliatory measures, Beijing has reportedly put export controls on 16 US firms and suspended the eligibility of six US-linked companies from exporting to China.
