With an architectural identity embodying the codes of 30 Montaigne, this unmissable establishment celebrates the powerful ties that have united Dior and Dallas since the House’s beginnings. As early as 1947, Christian Dior’s American odyssey took him to the vibrant Texan city, where he received the prestigious Neiman Marcus Award, just a few months after the triumph of his revolutionary New Look in the heart of Paris. As such, Café Dior is dedicated entirely to the French art de vivre.

Sharing Christian Dior’s love for audacity and excellence, the Franco-American chef has specially designed an exclusive menu inspired by the archives and elegance of haute couture silhouettes devised through different eras. One after the other, the sketches drawn by Monsieur Dior and his successors are transformed into virtuoso dishes; spellbinding signature pieces, showcasing a dazzling visual and tasty testimony to the creative effervescence of the House. The starters, main courses and desserts – co-designed with her executive pastry chef and partner, Juan Contreras – reflect this union, more exquisite than ever, of haute gastronomy and haute couture. An infinitely precise, plural reinterpretation of the colors, textures, patterns, materials and movements of those iconic looks.

These savory and sweet delights are based on iconic dresses such as the entrancing Miss Dior, unveiled for the spring-summer 1949 line; May, dreamed up for spring-summer 1953, the thousands of embroideries of which seem meticulously, marvelously transposed onto the plate, or the Pamplemousse outfit conceived by Marc Bohan in 1965.
These compositions, embellished by delicate flowers, are couture tributes to Christian Dior’s fascination with nature, and tell the story of Dominique Crenn’s vision and philosophy of responsible, sustainable cuisine, open to the world.
A captivating alliance, a promise of enchanted experiences, through the prism of the pleasure of the senses.
