Autoneum completed its 70 per cent acquisition of Jiangsu Huanyu Group on February 28, 2025, securing access to major Chinese manufacturers. The Group, with 13 plants and 1,200 employees, generated CHF 130 million (~$145.7 million) in 2023. This move strengthens Autoneum’s position in China and supports its goal of achieving 20 per cent of revenue from Asia in the medium term.
