Activist investor launches proxy fight at Harley-Davidson to oust Zeitz, two directors
Major Harley-Davidson Inc. shareholder H Partners Management launched a campaign Wednesday seeking the ouster of the Milwaukee-based motorcycle manufacturer’s CEO Jochen Zeitz due to “repeated strategic execution failures, severe underperformance, and alienation of the company’s key stakeholders, including both dealers and customers.”
