Start your engines, car lovers. A new property is offering one high-speed super fan the chance to park themselves right on the edge of the iconic Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX—the site of the annual Formula 1 United States Grand Prix.

Completed in 2024, the condo, which is situated on Turn 11 of the famed track, is part of a new development that has been aptly named the T11 Car Condos and is the first dwelling of its kind to be brought to the market.

Billed as the “model unit,” the home originally hit the market in December 2024 with an asking price of $1.7 million.

The listing, which is held by Eric Moreland, of Moreland Properties, notes that this “groundbreaking new community for car enthusiasts” is “meticulously crafted to showcase your prized car collection.”

Indeed, the property is in fact more of a high-end garage than it is a luxury home, offering an expansive ground-floor space with the capacity for up to 12 cars—while the living quarters come in the form of a studio on an upstairs mezzanine.

However, for those with the means and a fleet of fancy autos, this could be the ideal place to roll right into. It offers 3,000 square feet, 1.5 bathrooms, and a Murphy-style bed that folds down from the wall to provide a place for its residents to rest their heads after a day of high-speed racing.

The lower-level garage of the open, loft-style space “effortlessly accommodates 8 to 12 vehicles on the main level,” the listing states.

That level also includes a powder room. The upper mezzanine is designed for both “entertaining and living,” complete with a full kitchen, which comes with bar seating, a cook top, microwave, and fridge. Just adjacent is a living area and full bathroom.

There’s space for a pool table in this entertainment-centered space, along with a flat-screen TV, built-in shelves, and comfy seating.

The soaring ceilings feature pendant lighting, exposed brick, and wood-toned accents.

The concrete floors seem made for a car-forward space, and the unit comes fully finished, the listing notes, “offering a turnkey solution for your car collection.”

In addition to owning a swanky spot to house their cars, the buyer will have a front-row seat to the action on the track.

And condo owners will have a clubhouse and amenities such as a pool, where they can lounge or cool off. The community space also comes with perks such as grills, club room, multiple conference rooms, showers, and a management office, according to a marketing brochure.

There are also various decor and furniture packages available to owners, including a “Texas Modern” option and a “Classic Americana” look, which resembles a retro diner.

The materials also promise owners two weekends of “dedicated track time,” private-view deck on Turn 11, and “direct access” to the F1 track.

2025’s Grand Prix is set to take place on October 19; however, the track is host to a wide variety of other events, including NASCAR races, MotoGP, and a number of musical events.
