Guests at the prestigious 1 Hotel Mayfair can now enjoy naturally alcohol-free sparkling wine Wild Idol by the bottle, by the glass, or in an exclusive mocktail.
Wild Idol, the premium naturally alcohol-free sparkling wine, has been listed at London's 1 Hotel Mayfair since the establishment opened in 2023. Known for its commitment to sustainability and natural design, the hotel chimes perfectly with Wild Idol’s premium offering, which was developed to cater to growing consumer demand for sophisticated alcohol-free alternatives.
Visitors can sip Wild Idol at two exquisite spaces within the hotel. Dovetale is a restaurant led by two Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers, and showcases European dishes such as aged beef Wagyu Ragu pappardelle, and baked red mullet with kalamata olive & Amalfi lemon. Botanical courtyard bar Dover Yard is likewise a luxurious space in which to relax. Cocktails there are crafted with natural, locally sourced ingredients, and seasonality and exceptional quality are championed at every step.
For these reasons, 1 Hotel Mayfair has designed the No-Star Martini, a playful take on the Porn Star Martini, with Wild Idol as the star ingredient. The aromatic complexity of alcohol-free spirit Everleaf Mountain brings herbaceous depth, which is balanced by the bright acidity of fresh lime juice and the tropical sweetness of pineapple juice. Velvety vanilla syrup and passion fruit purée create a smooth texture, while Wild Idol adds delicate bubbles and a crisp, elegant finish. The drink is available in both the hotel bar and restaurant.
The result is a sophisticated, multi-layered cocktail that is both refreshing and indulgent so guests don’t have to compromise on taste or style.

It is currently available in two expressions. Wild Idol Sparkling Rosé has a

"Guests at Dover Yard and the 1 Hotel are thoroughly enjoying Wild Idol," says Giulio Guarini, director of bars at 1 Hotel Mayfair. "Its vibrant complexity and refreshing notes make it a standout choice, providing an elegant and sophisticated alternative that enhances the venue’s inviting atmosphere. Additionally, it has become a highly popular ingredient in cocktails, adding depth and refinement to every creation."

The brand strives to use sustainable practices and environmentally-friendly materials in its production- from upcycled corks to recycled glass and natural soy printing on labels. Calling 1 Hotel Mayfair "a destination that shares our dedication to quality, sustainability, and innovation," Wild Idol CEO Paul Beavis added: "As the demand for premium alcohol-free options continues to rise, we are proud that Wild Idol has been a longstanding feature on their menus."
