US weekly Upland cotton exports down but shipment rises: USDA
US net export sales of Upland cotton for 2024–25 totalled 84,400 RB, down 17 per cent from the previous week. Major buyers were Pakistan, Vietnam, and Turkiye. Shipments increased 12 per cent to 393,400 RB. Pima sales dropped 25 per cent to 19,900 RB, and shipments fell 29 per cent to 11,900 RB. Main destinations included Vietnam, China, India, and Pakistan.
