US Upland cotton exports drop 67%; Pima sales also slow
US Upland cotton net sales fell 67 per cent to 27,300 bales for the week ending June 19, 2025, with shipments also declining. Major buyers included Pakistan and Vietnam. Sales for the 2025–26 season stood at 64,700 bales. Export shipments dropped 10 per cent week-on-week. Pima cotton sales fell but rose 65 per cent from the four-week average, while shipments climbed to 8,000 bales.
