US fashion brand Ralph Lauren unveils new board leadership structure
Ralph Lauren Corporation has named Angela Ahrendts as lead independent director, effective after the 2025 Annual Meeting on July 31. She succeeds Hubert Joly, who will retire after 16 years on the board. Ahrendts, a director since 2018, chairs the Finance Committee and is recognised for her industry innovation and leadership. The board will comprise 11 directors post-transition.
