THE WHAT? THG Ingenuity has announced a strategic, three-year partnership with Criteo aimed at unlocking holistic commerce media opportunities. The deal will see THG Ingenuity leverage the full breadth of Criteo’s platform for its UK retailers and brands.

THE DETAILS THG Ingenuity will utilise Criteo’s four offerings: namely Commerce Yield, Commerce Max, Commerce growth and Commerce Grid.

The three-year partnership builds on an existing relationship, with THG Ingenuity currently leveraging Criteo solutions to power THG Beauty retailers’ onsite and offsite retail media propositions.

This business model has achieved rapid growth, with LookFantastic UK achieving yoy revenue growth of 115 percent, while Cult Beauty UK has seen an 108 percent uptick.

THE WHY? The collaboration will help THG Ingenuity’s portfolio boost commerce media opportunities, monetise first-party data and accelerate performance media.
