Saudi Fashion Commission launches ‘Sustainable Ihram Initiative’
The Saudi Fashion Commission launched the Sustainable Ihram Initiative at the Islamic Arts Biennale, focusing on recycling Ihram garments to create eco-friendly attire. In collaboration with SIRC, Tadweem, Sanko Textile, and RE&UP, the initiative supports textile recycling and a circular economy. Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, it promotes sustainable fashion practices.
