Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced its debut in Mexico with the upcoming Raffles Estera East Cape Resort & Residences, slated to open in 2029. Located on the untouched shores of Los Cabos’ East Cape, the project promises to redefine luxury tourism in the region through a blend of refined design, sustainability, and exclusive experiences.
