Protein Nanoparticles Neutralize SARS-CoV-2

In article 2402744, Javier García-Pardo, Salvador Ventura, and co-workers introduce fluorescent protein-only nanoparticles engineered to neutralize SARS-CoV-2 by specifically targeting its spike protein. These cost-effective and easily scalable nanostructures exhibit high affinity for the spike receptor-binding domain, effectively blocking viral entry into human cells.
