Japan’s Wacoal to appoint new audit & supervisory board member
Wacoal Holdings Corp. has announced that Harunobu Shiho will be appointed as a new audit & supervisory board member (outside auditor) at the June 2025 shareholder meeting, replacing Mitsuhiro Hamamoto, who will retire. Shiho, a legal expert with experience in corporate governance and risk management, is expected to strengthen the company’s auditing system.
