Haute Living and Haute Jets recently hosted an invitation-only event in partnership with Billionaires Miami and Maison MURA in Miami to unveil the launch of Haute Jets’ concierge desk. This permanent, on-site service hub is now operating within the terminal, marking a significant step in expanding Haute Jets’ high-touch aviation offerings for clientele and private charter operators.

Located within one of the most architecturally advanced and discreet terminals in the country at Embassair Private Airport, the new concierge desk is positioned to provide travelers with direct access to pre-departure coordination, bespoke itineraries, and curated in-flight services. The goal is to streamline the private aviation experience through tailored, real-time support delivered at the point of departure.

As demand for private aviation continues to grow, so does the need for infrastructure and service models that go beyond transport. The launch of the Haute Jets desk represents a strategic move to position the brand as a full-spectrum lifestyle platform to bridge the gap between travel logistics and luxury hospitality.
