Gold Fields announces potential ten-year bond offering
JSE- and NYSE-listed Gold Fields plans to undertake a senior unsecured dollar-denominated ten-year bond offering. The company has mandated Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets and Scotia Capital as joint global coordinators and active bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls, starting on March 31.
