To the Editor A recent Review of the diagnosis and treatment of polycythemia vera (PV) focused on how to distinguish between primary and secondary erythrocytosis. However, there was no comment on the increasing incidence of erythrocytosis induced by use of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors.
