Crew Clothing relocates head office

Crew Clothing is relocating its London headquarters this spring as it moves into a 32,000sq ft office space in Kingston-Upon-Thames.

The fashion retailer, which is moving from its base in Earlsfield, will occupy three floors at The Drapery from April with the remaining three circa 17,000sq ft floors offered on the rental market.

It comes as the business plans to open 20 new stores this year after reporting “exceptional growth” in the run up to Christmas.

Sales surged 45% in the two weeks to 24 December, driven in part by a 70% increase in online revenue and 22% jump in store sales.

Crew Clothing HR Director Rupert Hay said: “We’re so excited to be entering this new chapter for Crew Clothing. What started as a collection of rugby shirts, sold out of a shop in Salcombe, has expanded and grown into a thriving business, creating new jobs and opportunities across the UK.

“The move is a major milestone for Crew Clothing, and paves the way for further development in the years ahead. We’re looking forward to calling the Kingston office home.”
