— Gregg Nunziata, executive director of the Society for the Rule of Law, a conservative legal group that’s critical of Donald Trump, in comments given to Bloomberg Law, on the likelihood that more conservative judges will opt to take senior status under the president’s second term. Very few Republican-appointed judges eligible for retirement have done so, denying Trump the chance to replace moderate jurists with more conservative candidates.
